DO NOT USE their services. We received our belongings 2 months after the due date. It took many emails, phone calls and threat to call our attorney and police to get a response. They finally called us letting us know they were 6 hours from our new house without any warning. 2 men arrived and did not speak english and asked for $1000 more to start the delivery. During the 2 months wait, no communication from their part, Anthony disappeared and we, luckily, were able to trace the driver who picked up our belongings in Los Angeles through your phone carrier. A 2 months nightmare not knowing where was our stuff and when the movers arrived, they were other people stuff mixed with ours. Do not believe the quote they give you, they doubled the rate at pick up and asked for even more when they delivered. If you refuse, they just walk away. This was for a move from LA to Seattle. Not sure this is a real company, all the people we talked to suddenly vanished or they say that there are drivers or representatives and then when you text them back or call them back they are not. RUN FAR AWAY!!

When I was told it was time to move for the Army I began searching for companies is that instilled a certain level of pride and care for the armed forces. I searched and searched and came across AllStates and was very happy with what they had to say.

The move came and went so quickly and they backed up every single thing they said on the phone. I give them 5 stars and a huge pat on the back. Thank you for the discount and the fair price. You all are great.

We’re so disappointed in this company. Our furniture was picked up on 11/21 and we gave a first available date of 11/23. They asked for a cashiers check, so we gave them one. Fast forward a few days and they let us know that because we gave a cashiers check they needed to wait for it to clear, so our new first available date was adjusted to 11/27(by them- not us). Initially we were told that the items would be delivered within 3-10 days of our first available date. It’s now December 28th and we’ve been living out of a suitcase with our 4 month old baby and still don’t have our things. His crib, a huge container of our medicines, tons of important items we trusted to be delivered within a couple of weeks at most.
I’ve spoken with our dispatcher Jeremy multiple times and he’d update us saying that the truck was ready but waiting for a driver, or waiting to be loaded, tons of different excuses that never matched up when we would ask another customer service rep who would answer. The most recent excuse was that the driver had our trip scheduled and even lived here in Florida which was “more incentive for him to get to us faster” but suddenly got injured and was in the hospital. Nobody would return our calls and now it’s the weekend so we’ll have to wait until Monday to try again.
We’ve filed a complaint with the FMCSA and are now working with an attorney- which is not convenient or by any means something that we WANT to do. We just want our things. Absolutely the biggest mistake trusting this company.

I have used a few moving companies in the past and I was never too thrilled or excited about moving or the company that was moving me.

I spoke with Allstates Moving and they were amazing on the phone and just so professional to deal with. I told my friend about it and he has had horrible experiences in his time but he even felt the sincerity that I felt.

The move went great at pickup and at delivery. There were no bumps in the road which was huge for me. The price was also very fair. Thank you for everything you all did.

Allstates Moving came saw and conquered. I used the biggest names in moving in the past and spent thousands more then I ever had to. Not only did they spend time on the phone with me but they even sent a professional to my house to see the items for themself. This way when the moving men came I wasn’t charged a dollar extra. I wanted to know what the updates were as my furniture traveled so I had the drivers phone number. The move was so smooth and I watched football and relaxed. Thanks guys. playoff season is all I wanted to focus on haha.

Took to the internet when my family and I decided we would relocate. We’ve been in our home town for many generations so it was important to us that we select an established moving company that does not broker out any jobs. Allstates Moving was the first one to respond. Over the phone the sales associate that was assigned to me asked many questions and I sent emails over to him for over sized ones. The inventory list was extremely accurate and matched up perfectly with the final bill of lading. When they came on our move date all the workers had shoe slips on and moved slowly and carefully down the stairs. They never chipped any paint or dropped pieces. I was so impressed from the start to finish with the service and professionalism. We saved money and more importantly saved time. Great company nice people and hard work.

Working with Allstates was great. They helped us with everything. We had no experience moving across states lines but they told us all we needed to know. They did not talk bad about thier competitors they were focused on making sure our list was right and all the packing would be done. The price we received was not the lowest not the highest it sat in the middle of the 6 quotes we got. We felt they were the best company for us overall and there was plenty of positive feedback from past customers. To put it simply they were always on time and worked very hard. They were professional,kept thier word and never changed a price. We are happy to recommend.

When I first requested information about my move I had no idea what to expect. I was called by many movers and researched each one very thoroughly. I felt Allstates Moving was the most fit for the job and proved that to us each step of the way. They showed us credentials so we knew exactly who we were working with. They are an established and reputable company with a lot of positive feedback. The pricing was in line with some of the other moving estimates we received but in the end it was how professional they were that was the deciding factor. We emailed pictures of some of our pieces as a safe measure to prevent any changes in pricing on move date and in the end the price we got was the price we paid.
The move was very easy for us. The movers took care of all the larger pieces and we elected to pack the smaller boxes to save some money. This was a relocation across the country and at no point were we worried about them not showing up or haphazardly handling our things. The delivery actually came a day sooner then we were told and we were very happy about that. They are a stand up company that does exactly what they say. A true pleasure to work with.

It was a move on short notice and I has to scramble for a mover. Allstates Moving was able to accommodate all my needs. It was a simple move and I had a few special requests. I had multiple pickups and and extra delivery stop as well. The moving coordinator there was able to lay out all the details in a way I could follow and easily track in the process. The inventory list we constructed included both stops and I was able to see room by room each item that was being picked up. On top of it they were able to have my vehicle shipped so it would arrive the same time. The movers had to come in and pack up all the furniture and pack all my boxes so it was not a small job. I had no experience relocating across state lines so I was nervous in the beginning but quickly subsided as the job went on.
Multiple departments within the company were involved in my relocation. Everybody from the moving rep to the owner of the company was in contact with me. They were professional and polite and treated all my valuable with care. I’m grateful to have found this company. I’m very happy with the service they provided. I wanted to make sure I left my feedback so somebody else in need knows how great of a company they keep.

From the very 1st phone call to the very last phone call all States took care of my family and I and made sure that we understood what was going to happen during the move and what the price was going to be no matter what period there were no hidden costs and there were nothing at the time of pick up or at the time of delivery that the drivers or helpers tried to do other than help my family and I get picked up and re located across country. Extra special thanks to all of you at Allstates Moving! An opportunity came up that we could not pass on came up and we had to move fast. We had no experience with moving companies so we went online and read about the process from other customers. The main thing was being out of our home fast and then were able to pick us up with only 3 days notice. We disbt have time tandi anything so they came in and took apart the furniture and packed all of our boxes it was a dream. They honored us as prior military and gave us a generous discount to top it off. We were very impressed with everything about the company. Nothing that belonged to us went missing or arrived damaged. At this time we are sitting in out new home waiting for Christmas to entertain our family and we owe it all to them. Happy New Years.

They are a good company when it comes to follow-ups and will not harass you or leave messages over and over. All states moving was a very solid company. We did our fair share of interviewing with other movers in total we probably talked to close to seven and we thought that they were the best out of everyone that we spoke to. The pricing was the cheapest they discounted our move the most and even threw in a few free supplies free of charge. We also asked for an additional pick up to be taken to our destination which was also included without a fee. We were constantly checked in on by the quality assurance department To see if we needed to make any changes or adjustments all the way up until move day. This company will help you if you need guidance we reviewed many quotes with them and they left us to make the decision that was best for our family.They did not pressure us to make a choice sooner then we wanted Tom hey were focused on details. Those details saved us slot of money. If we had to do this again I’m pretty sure we would be making one call and that would be straight to them. You guys are great.

This decision was rather easy. We did a lot of work before we even reached out to companies. Got it narrowed down to three companies we thought would be the best fit for us and in the end all states moving won us over. Good pricing great customer service and a dedication to making the customer happy was their priority. It was easy to narrow it down based on the fact that have to cause we got were from moving brokers and we preferred only to work with the actual carrier. The benefits being that everything goes through one place at one phone number any question any concern. Extremely friendly staff with the most knowledge I’ve ever heard about moving all played a part in making this a huge success.

I stayed in close contact with Allstate moving. Have an excellent staff who is available basically around the clock. They were very flexible and helping me get picked up and delivered in the timeframe I was asking for. Most companies were working late shifts during the holiday season but all states Moving that was not the case. They had trucks that they were looking to fill and I had the furniture so we both benefit and I save myself a lot of money by doing so. There on time for all their appointments phone calls emails whatever it was they were always available. Whenever I had any questions or concerns I called the same number and I spoke to the same person It was very convenient. So happy holidays to you and all your family you guys really helped out a lot.

We like all states moving a lot. They were the first company to return a request so we spent a lot of time with them. We spent a lot of time making sure that every piece in our home was documented onto a list so we can see room by room what pieces were coming in which pieces we would leave behind. They were very generous in helping cut costs especially after the holidays when everybody is pretty much spent and tapped out. There’s no way possible that we could’ve done this month on her own so we really had to trust the right long-distance mover and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. I know there are people out there who had bad experiences With companies so it’s important to read up from clients as well as any other helpful resource you may have. Always moving is unbiased and more than fair.

The thing that I liked about all states moving the most was that they were able to send me a blank inventory sheet to fill out on my own time as I could not stay on the phone for hours telling them each piece that first day. We went back-and-forth for a few weeks leading up to the move we exchange phone calls and emails and I even wound up face timing them to show them certain items. They are excellent at allocating space for the truck and are more than willing to cut costs if it means taking on a new customer. I know there’s a lot of horror stories out there about moving companies So it’s important to know exactly who you were dealing with. They also provided us with additional insurance in case of an emergency our furniture would be covered. They did whatever it took and we even got some complementary boxes and TV covers as well free of charge. They were fordable and they fit exactly what we had in mind.
